LADY DEPUTIES* UNIFORM AND EQUIPMENT

Recently there has been discussion as to improvement in the fashion and styling of the uniform and equipment worn by our Lady Deputies.

Resulting from this discussion was the addition of four Lady Deputy representatives to the Department Uniform Committee: Janet Parker, Firestone Station, Patrol Division; Betty Gerace, Technical Services Division; Charlotte Brewer, West Hollywood, Patrol Division; and Elizabeth Dickinson, Training Academy, Administrative Division.

Consideration is presently being given to clothing design sketches and equipment modifications.

To assist the committee, we are asking for suggestions and ideas from our Lady Deputies.

In the near future a questionnaire will be circulated for the purpose of soliciting opinions and suggestions.

Your response to the forthcoming questionnaires will be greatly appreciated and seriously considered by your Uniform Committee.
